In the realm of "Leadership Development," I showcase my proficiency in crafting bespoke methodologies to cultivate effective leaders. My approach encompasses a fusion of psychometric assessment, coaching, and training methods, tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. A prime example of this is a methodology I crafted for a client, which effectively combines these elements to foster comprehensive leadership growth.

Furthermore, I excel in designing learning programs geared toward succession planning. My expertise extends to crafting mentoring initiatives that ensure the seamless transition of leadership roles within organizations. By effectively blending mentoring with strategic development approaches, I contribute to the sustained growth and evolution of future leaders.
Here are some real examples of my work in Leadership Development:
Borouge: I spearheaded the creation and management of a comprehensive training program tailored to their talent pool. This initiative encompassed the design and delivery of three distinct levels of training – 'Emergers,' 'Energizers,' and 'Executive.' These programs were meticulously aligned with the leadership competency framework of ADNOC, and significantly, were part of a comprehensive succession plan at Borouge.
ADAFSA (Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority): Developed and managed a 4-month leadership development program targeting 65 unit and section heads, designed based on the ADAFSA competency framework.
Rabdan Academy: Developed and managed a 1-year leadership development program customized to the Rabdan Academy leadership competency framework. The program included 360-assessment, training programs, and one-on-one coaching sessions for top managers.
